We're on the road to legtimimacy
As the centred, whole and authentic people we are, Jessie and I don’t need the validation of others. All the matters to us is being present, kindess and having lots of money. In fact, we’d just be happy with lots of money. Anyone wanna Paypal us some cash?
Anyway, while we don’t need validation it’s always nice to recieve a little boost of support once in a while. In 2019 that boost is coming in the form us us being chose to perform in the off-programme events for Leeds International Festival. Yes, that’s right, we’re going to be comingatcha like defunct girl-group Cleopatra with a whole new show as part of a real and legitimate festival!
We’re as surprised as you, but never one to look a gift horse in the mouth, we going to mount the horse and ride it bareback all the way to international fame… or at least moderate local interest. Is that fabulous? Now, the road the legitimate comedy act may be bumpy but we’re going to have to hold onto our horse tight and allow it too trample anyone that gets in our way. Isn’t that humble of us?
So yeah, Leeds International festival is happening in May 2019 so watch this space for more details about our show, dates and tickets. Our working titles is Leeds Needs Help and I mean, Leeds is a big old mess so who better to save it than us?
